In Mom’s memory, we’re establishing the Katherine Min Endowed Fellowship at the MacDowell Colony, an artists’ retreat in Peterborough, NH. Mom spent many summers at MacDowell. She loved it so much: the hours of uninterrupted writing time, the lunches delivered in a basket on your doorstep, meeting and sharing work with other artists, the friendly pool games, the late night dance parties…  She often said she got her best work done there, and that’s how she met many lifelong friends.
